We have been welcoming holidaymakers to Val Thorens for almost 30 years. We know the resort, its best tips and what families need: a comfortable, well-equipped Val Thorens ski apartment that is quiet at night and practical for heading out to ski in the morning.

An Ideal Location at the Foot of the Slopes

The slopes are right in front of the residence: just cross the street. The ski school, bakery, shops, childcare and lift pass office are at the foot of the building. Rue du Soleil remains one of the quietest streets in the resort, away from the lively bars.

Fully Renovated Apartments

Each apartment is 45 m² and sleeps 6, with no beds in the living room. A new kitchen with induction hob, multifunction oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, smart TV and high-speed WiFi: everything is designed for your comfort.

A Practical and Secure Residence

The Silveralp residence is secured by badge access and has a lift. Each apartment has its own ski locker in the basement.

Silveralp 329 and 330: Two Apartments Side by Side

Our two flats are neighbours on the 3rd floor. Travelling as a group of 12? Rent both to share your evenings while everyone keeps their own space.

Silveralp 329, a Duplex with Terrace

A 45 m² south-west facing duplex with a terrace and views of the slopes and peaks of Val Thorens. Upstairs: a master bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a landing room with bunk beds and a bedroom with two single beds. Discover Silveralp 329.

Silveralp 330, an Apartment with a Large Balcony

Same size, same comfort, with a large south-west balcony facing the main peaks of the resort. The landing room can also take a travel cot for a baby. Discover Silveralp 330.

Good to know: upstairs, the ceiling height is below 1.80 m, as in many residences in the resort.

Services Included in Your Stay

No need to fill the car with sheets and towels. These services are included in the price:

Val Thorens is the highest ski resort in Europe. It is part of the 3 Valleys, the largest ski area in the world: in two weeks of skiing you will never ride the same run twice. The altitude means quality snow, often until the end of April.

Book Your Val Thorens Ski Apartment Direct

Our apartments are available from €204 per night, directly with the owners. Here is how booking works:

1. choose your dates and apartment in our booking center;
2. pay the deposit online, then the balance before arrival (or in one go if you arrive within 30 days);
3. receive our travel booklet by email to prepare your trip;
4. on arrival, our concierge hands over the keys at the apartment.

A security deposit of €1,200 is taken on arrival via the secure Swikly system. The apartments are non-smoking and pets are only accepted with our agreement.
